I had done some maintenance on the car but I forgot to replace the gasket so I came to have that replaced, I just really didn’t wanna do it myself , and a broken screw in the threads of the gasket. Was told I’d have my car before closing so that was great. When i received a call of the issue being fixed, of course I said do whatever is necessary to have my car running. While the labor was a bit pricey, I’m paying for a family owned shop here and professional service. Getting my car back, wow! The transmission ran better, the slippage was gone, and my car ran smoother. Not sure if it didn’t have enough trans oil or what, but I love driving my car more than before. Thank you for keeping this place honest. Understanding mechanics can make mistakes sometimes and services can seem a but overpriced, but remember, if you want great service and professionalism you gotta do what it takes.
