“The first time my friends and I went to Pacific Kitchen Life was Christmas 3 years ago. The salesperson, Lisa, was very nice and patient and introduced all of the products to us. The manager, Mark, was also very nice to all the customers. We felt very happy and satisfied and ended up buying a lot of products from there, in addition to some Christmas promotional items. Last week, a small part in my friend's rice cooker broke and when I called Pacific Kitchen Life to ask how to fix it, Lisa answered the phone and I was very surprised to hear that she remembered who I was. She offered to give me the replacement part for free, and when I went to the stop she again, was very nice and courteous and quick to help me fix it. I highly recommend it to all my friends because Pacific Kitchen Life's products are all high quality, combined with Lisa's professionalism and amazing service.
