“We were referred to MuDo by another family whose son has taken lessons there for years. I took my 12-year-old son there for a trial lesson, and half way through he was so enthusiastic, he asked me to please sign him up immediately. We are relative newcomers to MuDo, but in two months I see that my son has already begun to learn valuable life lessons within his study of martial arts: respect, consistency, discipline, and hard work rewarded. The structure of the classes is very clearly laid out, and the students are provided a handbook with guidelines to help them. At the same time, their class schedule is wonderfully flexible. My son has had the opportunity to work with Master Yi and all the instructors, and he truly enjoys working with each of them. They are serious in their approach and challenging; they command respect, but are very fair and excellent teachers. The students also get a good amount of individual attention. My son cannot wait to go back each week -- he loves it! I'm so pleased to have discovered this place. It has a great community of families. We very highly recommend MuDo - it is truly an excellent martial arts school.”
