“Great company to work for. Very relaxed atmosphere and you can request days off with only 24 hour notice and they will be okay with it. The pay is great for intermodal once you learn the system. I originally planned on coming to this company for more experience, but ended up staying since its and easy job and it pays really well if you work for it and nobody bothers you. You can work at your own pace. I work night shift so I don't deal with traffic much. You are pay is based on activity pay so you lose money sitting in traffic. This is definitely not a job for everyone.”
