“Dr. Cary and his team are just amazing people. Dr. Cary not only made to look wonderful with his skin care products he also helped me with black spots in my hands and removal of growing bump on my wrist. It all gone. It was all removed in one session and the spots has not returned after one year. I love his aura, he is very caring, loving and just such a wonderful professional. Thank you so much for all the things you did for me. Now I will travel to Los Angeles just to see you. Some people are just memorable!”

“My friends took me to this restaurant for the first time. The food was good. We ordered the typical ones. The flavor was typical Japanese ramen. It was fresh, not too much ingredients but really delicious. Minus was the thin meat and little topping. The restaurant is close to our college so it’s always crowded.”

“I'm a life-long illustration and art fan, and visiting Stuart Ng Books was the highlight of my trip to LA. I'd purchased a few books over many years from the store online, but nothing beats the real thing! The manager and staff were attentive and busy-but were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting Stuart himself and he was extremely generous with his time and open with his invaluable experience. He clearly has a genuine passion for what he does and this sincerity can be seen in the little details around his store. Things like unexpected hand-typed inserts in certain books giving them context to the reader, exclusive english translations of European publications, signed limited editions featuring some of the great local talent, and more. If you're an artist of any sort or someone who just admires and appreciates their work, you owe it to yourself to check it out.”

“A gem ! I took a knife sharpening class here with Masa! We learned so much about the importance of the metal, quality of the knife and how to keep that samurai edge at home; the right and simple way. Their knife selection is for every budget and the quality they choose to carry in their store is meant to keep forever and even pass down. This little store (but big online)is everything you would need or can imagine you need to shop for your Asian kitchen! They carry the highest quality items; including artisan quality knives made by Masa himself; a 60 year master of making knives! It’s a gem of a place like no other! Thank you Masa for the best experience in learning the art of a well made knife! Side note as a big plus-There is a well stocked Asian grocery store next door too!”

“They are professional, courteous and even laughed at my sense of humor and jokes! Most businesses don't show those normal human like qualities anymore, but the agent helping me was awesome and made my day with her kindness and spirit! Thank you for the professional yet fun consultation. I would highly recommend checking them out, even if you are unsure about getting help with compensation..”

“Stopped in for a quick breakfast this morning. My partner and I got breakfast paninis and our child tried the pancake combo. The sandwiches were good, but definitely needed the hot sauce, they were a touch light on flavor and the "special sauce" was a bit too sweet for my taste. Maybe if the sandwich came with some veggies or fruit, it might have brought it up a notch. Still good, we cleared our plates. We enjoyed the coffee and the hot chocolate was pretty good. Service was over the top good, definitely an owner operator vibe and they seem very eager to make sure you leave happy. Did seem a bit cluttered in there, especially behind the counter, but it seemed clean so I just went along with the classic "hole in the wall" vibe. Might try a noodle or rice dish one of these days for lunch/dinner they looked pretty good.”
