“We went to this location last night we called right before they closed and were in a pickle because we had just drove for 16 hours in a semi-truck.. and had asked if it was OK to walk up to the window due to the fact we couldn't drive up... and I can't explain how Helpful Heather was very polite and accommodating she was ... it's hard to find a good worker now a days... she deserves 10 stars out of 5 ... “Excellent flavors, textures and recipes. Had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich on Olive bread with a cup of the vegan Lentil Soup and all of it was excellent. Really liked the yogurt slaw and the brine on the pickles was a slight fusion of salt and sugar. My only complaint is that for the cost, I wish I could get a side salad or chips included with the cost of my sandwich. Great Toluca Lake member though!”

“Good gas station and service, but sometimes it’s crowded and packed there. Also there are sometimes homeless people loitering outside of the store there. Like this one guy who swings his arms always goes there all the times as well as a Vietnamese lady (who has a homeless look and expression) always kept loitering there everyday (mostly in the mornings, not sure about afternoon or evenings) by standing outside of the store as well as wandering back and forth every time, doesn’t ask for money though. Both of them with no mask, and the employees there didn’t do anything about them at all despite having their security camera there.”

“Local boba and snacks cafe in the Vons complex. Like many reviewers here, I’ve been coming to this place for years, starting as a wee high schooler feeding my boba addiction right before swim meets. I’m glad to see that this shop is still operating during covid for takeout & delivery. There’s an extensive drinks menu along with snacks like crepes and popcorn chicken. My favorite order is a matcha smoothie with boba added (toppings are all extra). Drinks come in small, medium, and large, and are all reasonably priced. The smoothie is perfectly blended with a good mix of iciness and creaminess. The boba is fresh and when you take the first sip, you can taste the warm syrupiness against the cold smoothie for a perfect contrast. They do accept credit cards and it’s contactless payment. Parking is easy since it’s in a strip mall. During normal times, there would be board games that you could play in the cafe. For now, I would suggest grabbing your drinks and hanging out in the nearby Lemon Creek Park if you want a break.”

“I work a few blocks away and frequently come here for a burger and fries for lunch. Order has always been hot and fresh tasting and no mistakes yet. The major downfall of the property is the parking lot. The drive through lanes run through down the middle of parking, so if you come for lunch your only option is drive through as you won't be able to back your car out to leave with the drive through line. It also makes curbside ordering hard because it's on the other side of the building and you have to wait for the drive through lane to move so you can get around, there's no through lane and it's sorely needed.”
