“Damaged my passenger front quarter panel in an accident with a substantial deductible that I couldn’t afford and figured my 1 year old car was ‘just like this now.’ John (Dad) approached me in a Safeway parking lot and told me what this family business does- Cover the deductible Cover the loaner car Fix the car via your insurance I was skeptical, but information is free, so 2 weeks later I scheduled an appointment. Nick was waiting for me and couldn’t have been kinder. An unassuming shop, clearly as Mom n Pop as it gets. He explained how they work- they own both the rental company and the body shop, so one hand feeds the other. They know the insurance guys, contacted them, and had me contact the assessor. Drove me down the street, gave me a loaner car. 11 days later my car is back to bran new, $0 out of pocket. Ronnie Nick and John gave me the best, genuine, and kind customer service I’ve ever experienced in vehicle work. I can’t recommend these guys enough, and I wish I could find more words to say to anyone in their ethic and execution. If your car is damaged call these guys FIRST and let them get to work!!!”

“I'm a thrifty person and I try my best to get the lowest price with everything and still trying to get the best quality and this auto glass shop definitely met those standards. There are three main reasons why I would recommend this to anyone in the area. 1. Their customer service is incredible. The people who came to my house for the replacement were very respectful of my space (they did it in the garage) They came 10 minutes early, made sure to clean up after themselves and made sure I was aware with everything they were doing and even explained the process of replacement with my window. 2. They were FAST. Not only was their customer service superb, but they were also really fast.They fixed my window in an hour like they said. 3. QUALITY The reason why I recommend this place was not only due to the warranty that came with the replacement but the quality of their service. The first company I fixed my window from did a horrid job. Not only did they not have warranty but my window rattled a week after they replaced it and did not even want to fix it when I called. This company ensured to me that if anything happened to my window, as long as a I have the receipt, they'd fix it for free. I don't usually do reviews EVER but I really think that this company deserves one. Really peeps, this is the auto glass shop to go to!”

“Everything was good except.....I never received a call telling me my car was ready, and I had to go to work. After 4 hours I called asking about my car. I called about 1:00 pm and was told about 45 more minutes and they'd call me when it was ready. 2:00 pm, still no call and I had to leave to work by 2:30 pm. I walked up the street to the location and saw my car finished and parked, but no one ever called me. I had to hurry up and pay, and leave directly to work from there. Other than never receiving a phone call about my car being ready, everything else was good.”
