I bought one a few weeks later, and then purchased a bed-size comforter because we love it so much. The chinchilla is so soft I initially thought it was real! Thick pile and - MACHINE WASHABLE! So, amazing product. The customer service is also top notch - When I ordered my comforter I missed a discount code and after reaching out to customer service they credited me for the additional discount, both responding to my email and calling me personally. “Ben, the owner, is the sweetest! I was searching for a chair and a desk to match a photo I had seen on Instagram. He pulled together the below set for me from his warehouse. Since the desk wasn’t finished, he offered to paint it in the color that I liked with the knob of my choice. I’m so so so happy with my purchase! He is seriously the best, and I couldn’t be any happier with his service. He even gave my husband and I a tour of his warehouse where they build their premium furniture and apply the finishing touches in-house. I’m so impressed with the quality of their materials (mostly coming from Italy) and honestly stunned at the prices. I had been hunting everywhere for this specific King Louis chair in this color combo and found it at RH for around $350 and not completely white or at Perigold for ~$700.
