“I've taken several classes with different teacher. I like this studio because of the peaceful atmosphere. My fav class is Saturday morning/afternoon because we can get fresh air through the big window(door) from the garden while we are practicing. Although each teacher has different strength and unique different focus, most of teachers still put an emphasis on alignment and breath. I just moved to LA and explored several yoga places but this studio is top ranked on my record. The location is great( near USC and downtown), it has a plenty of parking spots, clean and has a beautiful garden which let me forget my work or responsibilities and bring me focus on the present moment.”

“I really like this Gym. I can go at before work (not all gyms are open at 4AM). They have all the work out equipment I really need and if I want to go to one of their other gyms all I have to do is pay an extra $5 a month. Some of the other in shapes are quite large but this one is moderate in size. When I go there is barely anyone there which means no wait times for equipment. For me, this Gym is great.”

The only thing that I couldn't get over was the sound coming from the huge fish tank in the room. Instead of a tranquil trickle of water in the background, you heard a loud humming noise come on and off from the tank, it ended up being very distracting.”
