After additional testing, she was able to give me a few diagnoses and a game plan to treat them making them very manageable. Recently I made an appt because something didn’t feel right, she took me seriously and did a thorough exam, she ordered additional tests and also reached out for a 2nd opinion from a surgeon who also recommended even more tests which lead to a diagnosis. “Operated by a Certified Fitness Trainer formerly affiliated for many years with Torrance Memorial Medical Center and now Ken has opened his own fitness studio with all new equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical, complete gym apparatus, bands, weights, balance equipment, etc. I have been going to his classes for 3-1/2 years, I am the newbie, others have been taking his classes for close to ten years. Lots of personalized attention on the equipment to ensure correct form and adequate challenge. Next, I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed. The staff was great, attentive to my needs and provided great suggestions on which herbs to get and when to start the next round (for other ailments).
