I had tried cleaning it a few years ago and I did not notice a difference. After Heaven's Best of Altadena cleaned it, I was SO happy I didn't have to buy a new rug, and it came out like it was brand new. I really couldn't believe it. A not dull burgundy and once again soft which everyone told me could not be done. I also want to add that all the people there were so nice and helpful.
