He was transparent about details, pricing, add-ons, etc. We booked the appointment and they showed up promptly and completed the job in about 3 hours and transformed our carpets into looking near new. Eric and his able assistant, Thomas, did an outstanding job on our carpets. We will DEFINITELY have them return to take care of some additional areas in the house and highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. They even cleaned some of our big area rugs. My first experience was when I took a few dresses in and needed one the next day for an event (it was already late on Friday). She couldn't guarantee that it would be ready (which I was ok with and completely understood, because it was my fault for waiting until the last minute). “As far as laundromats go...this one is great. Newer, large, well-maintained, clean, brightly-lit location with a pay restroom($.25). Plenty of wheeled carts and space to fold laundry. Their machines still take quarters instead of those laundry cards other places use now. A TV is usually on during the day to watch.”

“There is nothing like coming home and finding a waterfall inside your living room. Our bath tub upstairs overflow (don't ask how?) and Perez Restoration has brought our family back to normal. First, they were quick, took charge, went to work and not only clean & dry but inspect and recommend! He assured us that we will be OK!
