“Home schooling day out -- world history day. Live actors to take you back to that place in time, along with a guide to share some facts and history with us. We loved it! We even did the pledge of allegiance, since it was a school day. They take donations and I strongly advise to donate.”

“One of my favorite places to take pics. Such a cool place. Be careful, there are lots of rats, lizards & snakes between the rocks. I've never had problems all the little critters run fast as they can when anything gets close but just keep it in mind. Not a good place for kids. Also fyi, u actually have to find a break in the fence to sneak in. Nobody polices the place and there are tons of people in & out of there all the time but I'm sure for liability reasons they post signs and fences to keep people out so that u don't get hurt, after all, it did just fall into the ocean so what's there is what is left after everything else fell over the cliff and into the ocean”

“Mr sanchez is a curator of this, site and gave tours. he is a direct desendant of sanchez adobe mansion and gives a wonderful detail account of the history of this entire area from fullerton , workman mill, la puente, yorba linda. It was such a blessing to have him directly tell me the story of his ancestors. There is actual abode mud in the ground which is what the mansion is made up of. I actually made pottery from the adobe in the ground because my friend lived next door to the mansion. We put it in a kiln too.”

“The Palos Verdes Heritage Museum Castle was once the setting for the classic film it's a mad mad mad mad world. The entrance to the park was filmed here at the front Gates and the Big W palm trees we're inside. Unfortunately the trees no longer exist. It's still a very cool place and it's worth the drive down the coast to check it out.”

“An amazing spot to soak in the gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean! There is a lot of seating around the park, clean restrooms, and plenty of parking. What more could you ask for? Unfortunately the actual museum was closed when we went for the holiday, but I’m sure it’s informative and exciting as well. Loved visiting this place!!”

“I loved this place! It's beautiful with different exhibits and a lovely lily pond. They have wheelchairs if you need one. Very friendly staff. They do not have handicapped accessability in all bathrooms....the halls are very narrow for a wheel chair. The bathroom situation should be addressed but wouldn't keep me from visiting again.”

“The unofficial "Center of Los Angeles" was marked by Allan E. Edwards in 1990. Literally determined by balancing a large foam-core map of the city on the tip of a pin, this is the location where L.A. finds its center of gravity. ???? Marked with a wonderfully eclectic plaque set in concrete.”
