“I have been here for year, very good place. Therapy for both feet were $75.00, this included a doctor evaluation, ultra sound treatment, 10 minutes, electro treatment for 10 minutes, you adjust how much electricity you can take, soak feet for 10 minutes, and then the doctors wraps them back up. Bottom line, feet get used a lot, everyday. You just can't take a x-ray for sore feet, and operate. I believe in most cases therapy works. In my case, I have done therapy on 3 different occasions, twice it worked, once it didn't, so on the once, I got a Topaz procedure, and it worked. The solution at first is therapy, no way around it, that is if you have constant pain.”

Feeling unsatisfied with the quality of poke in Hawaii, I came back to the mainland and went to Bay Poke and got exactly what I had been longing for. Bay Poke was fresh, delicious and the serving size was generous. Shout out to Allen, May and Isabelle. They were all so friendly and served me up what I had been missing on the island. “Grabbed the wrong wallet, when I go bike riding..I have a wallet that has my ID and a few bucks...well in my haste I grabbed this wallet by mistake, the 2nd mistake I made was jumping on the wrong bus and ended up in downtown Long Beach instead of downtown LA. Had to wait for the bus heading back, saw Troy's Charbroil burger. I was short by 3 dollars but the very nice woman at the register let me be short. Well the Charbroil burger 🍔 was amazing. I just hope I can lose my way back to Troy's and pay full price with a nice tip. Thanks for the fabulous burger. I'll be back.”

I must also mention the delightful crunch of the cashew, adding to the delicious salty savory chicken within the dish. As we leave and my wife sees another man carrying out takeout containers, panic sets in. " Did we get the food?!" She exclaims. A relief washes over her as our daughter tells her we have the leftovers nestled safely upon her lap. We laugh with sweet relief, knowing we will enjoy the bevy of flavors the next day.”
