“I’m just a silly girl who knows nothing about cars or tires. I had a nail that they were able to patch after the other shop said they “couldn’t” even though they barely looked at it. Everyone else lied to me and tried to sell me new tires. Sal actually helped me and was one of the realest and most honestly people I’ve ever met. He could’ve easily taken advantage of me like everyone else tried to but he was a good human and helped me out tremendously. He gave honest advice and mentioned I needed my front tires fixed too and he could help me out whenever I was ready to come back. What a nice guy. He turned my unlucky day into a truly lucky one. In that case, this is the pharmacy for you. I visited this pharmacy today after I decided to leave the CVS pharmacy at Nordhoff & Balboa after more than 30 years. The reason I left CVS was the unprofessional and rude treatment I received from some of the staff. I came to Metro Pharmacy today, and I was greeted by the pharmacist and another lady. Both Emilya and Asya greeted me with smiles and helped me transfer all my prescriptions to this store. I was so pleased with their professionalism that as soon as I got home, I started writing this review. I seldom write a review unless the service is beyond my expectation, and today I received that kind of service.
