“Today was the scariest day of my Life as a fur Mom. Specially because a lot of vet clinics don’t take emergency walk in but Vet & Pets took my baby Rocky. His an active and happy English bulldog and couldn’t open his eyes. He was in pain and teary and I didn’t know what to do or to make him feel better. I called and the nice lady gave me an appointment right away. Dr. Lennox is very nice and you can tell she loves animals. She took my Rocky in with care,examined him and made him open his eyes at the end of his appointment. She was compassionate talked about the treatment options and gave reasonable pricing. She gave us medication for Rocky to come home pain free and straight to bed as seen in the photo. I really appreciate the care and service! Thank you to all the my Vets & Pets team! They are amazing and make sure you use their drive through!!! It’s the best and only way the find parking lol”

“We randomly dropped in this afternoon with our 2yo and 4yo kids. The service was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming of the kids. They had nice table linens so I was panicking that the kiddos would be too rowdy but they were very attentive and swooped in to replace the silverware when my 2yo dropped it. Whenever my 2yo looked over at the staff they smiled back warmly and my kiddo loved it. The service and staff alone would have made this a great meal for us. Since we went in without looking up a single review we didn’t expect anything from the food. We ordered the chicken pakora, garlic naan and two lunch platters. Food. Was. Awesome. We probably offended them by asking for everything mild so we could share with the kids but they still complied and our kids devoured everything. The pakora was not oily and tasted perfect. Everything else was on point with the flavors and texture. It was our kids’ first time eating Indian so we’re extremely happy that it was such a pleasant experience for them! If we didn’t live 45 minutes away we’d be there at least once a week. Thank you for making today so special!!”

“wish our human healthcare system was as convenient, efficient, and thorough. my kitty has been suffering from asthma for a little while and took him here for a second opinion. I was so pleasantly surprised by the clean aesthetics, kind attitude, and transparency this clinic presents. they patiently explained to me what my cat might be going through, how I could do to help, and any treatment that he might need. As a first time cat parent I felt helpless when my cat got sick, but the team at MA really took their time to address my concerns. They were also quite gentle handling my fur baby. the whole experience was so pleasant that my cat didn’t even realize he had gone to the vet!”

I took my cats and dog to another vet in the area for about 8 years and my experiences were always terrible. Finding All Pets Medical Centre and their amazing doctors was such a blessing! “I found this clinic after I called several others to give us an international health certificate. Surprisingly, there aren't many vets that are accredited to issue one in LA. I am glad we came. The stuff is very friendly, my cat loved them. Dr. Nassi prepared us for the travel, answered all my questions and gave medication to help my cat keep calm during the long flight. Some countries are tricky to travel to with a pet as they require the USDA approval just before the trip, I was very worried about that but Jennifer followed the process very closely and submitted the papers in a way that they got approved just on time and made it to me before the flight. So, this is my thank you message for Dr. Nassi, Jennifer and all the stuff! Thank you!!!”

“Vetco was most definetly very Proffesional & kind & courteous & even helped us to identify the 2 breeds of our cats when we first got them whole we were waiting in line although the only bad thing was that the first day we waited in line from 10:30am - Closing & wendie not end up getting seen in the end because there was just entirely too many people so we had to j unfortunately leave & come back the following week. I have since found a solution to this problem, FOR ALL PATIENTS WHO ARE SEEKING VETCO & ARE GOING TO GO TO THE ENCINO LOCATION DON'T BOTHER THEY ARE ALWAYS SUPER BUSY, INSTEAD GO TO THE OTHER PETCO LOCATION THAT VETCO GOES TOO WHICH IS LOCATES AT THIS ADDRESS, 5850 Sepulveda Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91411. They were literally practically empty every time I have gone & they see you very fast & the staff there & the Vet are extremely Proffesional helpful kind courteous & even offer to cut your cats nails & even groomed them quickly for us while they were being seen during the visit. Highly recommend going to this location instead of the Encino location it's well worth the extra 10min drive believe me.”

“It was my first time bringing my dog to this shelter. I got there about 30 minutes before it opened to get a parking spot because its a very small parking lot. They were understanding that my dog was aggressive so they gave me a muzzle to put on him & they took him inside to give him the shots then brought him back out to my car. I loved Gladys because she was kind and understanding. Definitely coming back!”

“UPDATE: 2/21 DON'T GO ON WEDNESDAY when the female doctor is there Dr.Odet Kaspari by far the worst vet DR we have met. She gave our female Italian Masstiff another rabies vaccines 6 months early and claimed she never received. I even asked her if she could double check her chart and said there was nothing there. Went home and found my dogs vet records and she in fact already had her rabies shot went back and receptionist was able to find the paper work. Also Off the bat she was scared of our dogs. A lot was happening in that tiny room and she should have allowed us to all get situated and really communicated with us all. My dogs are used to being at different vets and they felt vet uncomfortable with her. They were fine with the vet tech who was more comfortable with my dogs. Overall do not recommend the female doctor definitely needs to be more confident around large breed dogs. Great Place to take your fur friend, I will admit that it is not the greatest smelling facility and there should be an emphasis in making sure the hospital looks and smells clean but overall they did a great job with my dogs dental care, she had 7 teeth extracted and teeth cleaning done, her breath smells amazing and I wish I would had given the guy a tip but it slipped my mind but he did a great job and he had to endure an awful smell from my dogs breath ! The pricing was great when comparing to other vets and I appreciated the staff working with us and answering all of our questions and providing copies of my dog's paper work ! Overall a good experience! One main thing that was upsetting was how the staff is treated by customers as it makes the staff feel more tense and unappreciated. The staff has to deal with all kinds of temperaments not only from the animals but the people as well. It's a small hospital with affordable prices which brings a lot of clients so sometimes they may be busy trying to tend to everyone and their needs so please try to show appreaction for the staff and be patient as it is not an easy job / it is a walk in clinic.
