“I was craving a cupcake and stumbled upon this place in DTLA. It was my first time and the cashier was very nice and helpful giving me suggestions in which ones are the most popular. I got the carrot cake and it was yummy! It was thick, super moist, fluffy and filling! The cupcake got me full which I appreciate because it satisfied my craving. It would be nice if the carrot taste was a little stronger, but no complains. ☺️🫶🏽”

“I wanted to take the time and express how happy I am with the service provided by Hollander Group. From start to finish their team was professional, pleasant and hardworking. We had some ideas that were pretty far out there but they did an outstanding job accommodating the realistic ones. We redid the bathroom in the master bedroom and the guest one as well, we went for subway tiles in the guest and for large concrete looking tiles in the master, both me and my partner couldn't be happier with the end result. They helped with material selection and explained the process thoroughly throughout the entire time. They finished the job within the expected budget and everything turned out great. We are more than pleased with the outcome and anyone looking to remodel their bathroom should give this company a call.”

“Conveniently located on the corner of Marathon St. and N. Western Ave with a self-service carwash, vacuums and an air pump available. Expect heavy traffic and delays during peak hours throughout the week. The carwash and fuel are both reasonably priced, carwash accepts bills, cards or tokens from the exchanger on the wall facing the gas pumps and will not take coins. The fuel pump space and the store itself is rather small so parking spaces aren't available. They have a public restroom which is on the side of store, ask the cashier for the key. Overall, 4 stars! I recommend this location.”

“I have been a "frequent flyer" at UCLA Dermatology for 25 years. I have seen many dermatologists there, and Dr. Hu has been one of my very favorites! She is very efficient, but also very empathetic. She doesn't palm off phone calls to the nursing staff: she calls you personally. Dr. Hu also remembered details of my hectic life from visit to visit, and she has a terrific sense of humor. You can tell that her office staff loves her... and the other dermatologists do as well: the reason I was sent to see her specifically was because my dermatologic surgeon thought so highly of her ability to deal with problematic skin issues. I feel lucky to be one of her patients!”

“This place is a really good place to vibe and make music. Rachel, the owner of this studio is great and does an amazing job. They do a great job in the studio, we have circle time singing where we all sing in a circle and that's a really fun way to get the singers voices to come to center. We enjoy our time every time we have been there, they make everything comfortable for their guests, they have refreshments and snacks. They have a recording booth where you can sing and make your own songs if that's your goal. You leave feeling happier and like you did something positive. Absolutely one of the most professional and awesome studios I've worked in. They are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure the clients are beyond satisfied with the product. Great gear and easy parking!”
