Willie and Angelica were the two wonderful people that took care of me, and I couldn’t have been more happy with their customer service! “Always wanted an amazing gaming computer! Now that Computers are so much more powerful than any home system I decided to get something epic. I did request a full build and got to customize the whole thing. I even had a change order that was processed in a very timely manner. Once received, some assembly was required, mostly removal of the boxing safety foam and plugging in a few cables. The customer support walked me through it perfectly, via text with photos which really helped. I’ve been playing with it for over a week and I could not be happier. I would 100% recommend getting a full build if you do not have a strong background in putting together a system. I have two teenage boys and they love just looking at the beast next to the monitor. Truly much better experience than I could have imagined.”

“I ordered our baby’s furniture set in 2021, consisting of convertible crib, nightstand, bookshelf, changing table, Moses basket, and various bedding add-ons. Like others, our furniture arrived way past the estimated time, long after the baby had been born. The company did go ahead and ship out the Moses basket for us though so we had that and he was staying in our room in that in the early days anyway. Yes it took a ridiculous amount of time and you should plan for that but I still highly recommend them. The quality of the furniture is unparalleled. The entire set is a thing of beauty - a weighty, solidly made heirloom piece. There is nothing that compares on the market for quality and nothing as completely non-toxic. They even use cold-pressed linseed oil - they thought of everything in regard to off-gassing and toxicity. Yes it’s expensive and yes you will have to wait. It’s worth it entirely though. If we have another child, I will order another set. I had a good customer service experience with Edward. Keep in mind that it’s a small company!”

“This is the first time I ever stored with public storage and this location is fantastic especially the gentleman that helped me his name is Ryan, so if you ever want some help ask for Ryan because he was so gracious and really helpful. I am a little bit disabled right now, so I was having a really hard time and he found the perfect unit for me and was able to help me after many attempts elsewhere . I was trying to find something that would house my precious items in a climate controlled smaller unit close to the elevator. The storage facility is clean, secure they have cameras everywhere and it’s quick and easy and it’s not a lot hassle and it was really a great deal it was even 50% off for the first month. I say if you are in the North Hollywood area and you need a good clean, safe storage space and a really great group of people that will help you, especially Ryan. I said come to the public storage on Rayner and you will not be disappointed.”

“Staff is incredible. The entire area of VALLEY OASIS/VOA territory is patrolled by LASD. The dorms are filled with beds with people who are enduring the Winter without a home. Only 90 days with a case manager here who is supportive and determined to rapidly re-house each participant. The policy is strictly enforced which mainly require no drugs, no fighting & no theft just to name a few- curfew at 10pm- lights on at 6am. There's no pressure to do anything. It's very important to meet with your case manager weekly. There are showers three times a day, clean clothing available, free washers and dryers available every day throughout the week. Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided. Smoking is allowed in the designated area. A huge recreational area to spend time socializing with the new people going through the same hardship of homelessness. Best of all, there's coffee and your able to ask for seconds. Also, there is a vending machine in case you want to buy snacks. There is only one bus line that runs nearby from Quartz Hill to Owen Memorial Park throughout the day. Bus stop is in walking distance to ride the AVTA #9 BUS. ITS NOT the RITZ however it's clean, safe and patrolled. Good enough for me.”
