Embrace Yoga

Embrace Yoga is a place to meditate and to cleanse ones soul. The positive energy that flows into the studio from the owner Beth Toomey is the main reason her studio stands strong. I encourage people from our community to check out this amazing yoga studio. It is a non pressure and easy going environment. I think every one who has taken a class or has been involved with Embrace yoga, knows it’s a place that feels like home. Especially at this moment where small businesses are struggling. I would say venture out and sign up for a class. Beth is now doing outdoor yoga in beautiful and safe park. Or you can join from the comfort of your home. Embrace Yoga is a treasure in San Rafael ! Teachers are attentive and kind, and the studio has a calming and warm atmosphere. This studio has been a good fit for a beginner yogi like myself.

I enjoy the Sunday evening restorative class with Elizabeth. I feel relaxed and refreshed after the class. Great way to spend Sunday evening and end my week.
