“Awesomeness! Admin Elizabeth did my intake and was extremely helpful. Manager April was there and shared her weightloss story with me which was very inspiring. I worked out for the first time this morning at 5:30am. There were 9 of us there despite the early morning rain and it was a leg day! Isaac the coach made everyone feel like he was there individual personal trainer. He played body moving music to pump us up or slow us down depending on the outcome he wanted. I did workouts I have never done before. This was the first time I have done a real workout in over 3 and a half years with weights and all. I gave it 100%. Needless to say after my last set I found it hard to stand (legs were spaghetti) and I felt like throwing up. I loved it! Another one of our group was staying for the next session with Monica and you could tell she was determined. I'm not there yet, but I'm excited to come back tomorrow and get a jump start on my resolution for the new year.”
