“My favorite meal prep (and I’ve tried many). I was always sacrificing taste for fitness goals until I found Always Ready Meals. It changed my life to finally lose weight & keep it off, while eating a meal that I enjoyed! It’s great quality and taste! The protein is never dried up (always an issue with mela preps) and the portion are perfect. Plus, the owner is amazing! He is completely hands out and knows all his customers personally, which helps me feel like my goals are always going to be met when picking meals! “Been going to South Coast Auto for many years. They are honest, hard working and reliable. They will tell you what needs to be done ASAP and what can wait so you can budget for it. Over the years we have brought over 10 cars that the family has owned and they have always done a great job. Had an Audi TT that they worked on many times. There was one time that they could not work on it properly due to needing a specialized tool. They told me that up front and recommended a shop that they knew and trusted. But I appreciate that they were honest and didn't take on something that they couldn't do correctly. True professionals. Can't recommend them enough.
