Always an amazing end to the day when I am able to get to HOTWORX!! There is no other workout that makes me feel so clear and energized! Ladies and Gents there is a bonus to these amazing workouts!! The best my skin has ever looked!! The youthful glow is for real!!

I really enjoy coming here since they opened in June. You can adjust the temperature of the sauna rooms so if you don't like it very hot you can just turn it down. The app is really easy to use for booking appointments and they are open 24 hours. You can unlock the door using an app when there is no staff there. Very clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to try something new and fun. Having a virtual instructor allows you to go at your own pace but offers a challenge if you're up for it.

This gym is hot 🔥 it opened in June & we have been going since then consistently 4-5 days a week! Get your sweat on in the awesome hot 🔥 infrared saunas.
