“Very well run marina. Full facilities with showers, heads, laundry. We have a slip in the marina and always see someone around cleaning the docks, etc. Very nice and clean. Docks are well maintained, with dock boxes and utilities. Private, gated parking for tenants and their guests. Scott and Joanie, the managers, run a tight ship, so marina stays quiets and peaceful for all:) The plaza has 24 hour private security, so feel pretty safe walking around and up to the heads in the evening. Gangways are gated and have electronic security in and out, so boats stay reasonably safe from tourists and vandels, etc. The Peter's Landing plaza is under new ownership and is refurbishing the whole plaza area. New restaurants are coming in, so new entertainment opportunities for tenants.”

“My daughter has been attending since we was 12 weeks old. She is 3 now and our infant is soon joining this amazing program. Let me start by saying I am a daycare director as well for a large facility and have been in thus field since 2007. We were extremely picky when looking for a daycare for our kids (my program is a back up program so we don't take children full time). Aside from her home being very clean and organized, she practices true montessori learning and uses true montessori learning toys and aides. Her two assistants work very hard and are very caring to all the children. It is mixed ages, food provided after age one and max of 14 children. She keeps the kids clean and healthy and has been doing an amazing job keeping opened during the whole covid 19 thing. My daughter is ahead of her learning curve as well as many others that have graduated before her. I can not reccomend her school more.”

“We got 3 estimates to paint the exterior of our house. We liked Beach City Painting's the best. Jaime was easy going yet business-like. He helped us pick out the right shades of color for our house exterior and trim. He kept the costs right on the reasonable estimate, with a few minor additions for a couple extras. We are very satisfied with the finished look. His crew ran into some unexpected rain that delayed the project a few days. They should have alerted me ahead of time they were going to ask my neighbor's permission to set up a ladder in his backyard to gain easier access to our second story. He refused after researching that the crew was not covered by workman's comp. Per Jaime, they are covered by separate liability insurance. We were not concerned. Fortunately, the neighbor's denial turned out to be a minor glitch the crew were able to work around. I will recommend Beach City Painting to a friend who is looking for painters to finish his house.”
