“Great staff and amazing doctors. I trust the doctors here are truly looking after the well-being of their patients. My child’s vision was declining fast. I was desperate after two doctors recommended expensive and complex treatments. We went to UCI’s Gavin Herbert Eye Institute looking for a third and final opinion. The doctor at UCI explained to us she had lazy eye and she just needed to wear an eye patch for sometime (box of eye patches = $25). After a few months the improvement in her vision was amazing. She is now 👌. My neighbor had a similar experience. Her kid’s eye doctor recommended a treatment worth $$$ thousands that she had to pay upfront (they didn’t take insurance). I told her to come here to UCI for a second opinion. The doctor at UCI fixed my neighbor kid’s eye issue in a few months without any crazy, time consuming and expensive treatments. Not only are the doctors amazing, the staff is kind, it’s easy to get appointments. They fixed my kid vision after almost classifying as legally blind and I’ll be forever grateful for that.”

“Please ignore the other reviews on Dr Wong. He is an EXCELLENT surgeon and due to my facial injuries he has performed multiple surgeries on my face. He is very direct when speaking, which is what I prefer, rather than someone who is going to hold my hand and make false promises and give me unrealistic expectations. He asked me the fat tummy question too, I am by no means fat. He’s just checking to see which area would be easier to utilize the fat from our bodies (we ALL have some somewhere) the stomach is the most effective. Plus he always gives the worst case scenario, which I like. I guess I’m just a stronge WOMAN!!! So wipe your tears sensitive little boy and MAN UP!! As for the other complaint, YOU need to take responsibility for your own healthcare and you should have asked BEFORE your consultation. I will continue to see, have my additional surgery and highly recommend him as an EXCELLENT SURGEON! Thank you, Tamra B”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Mosaed for quite a few years. Recently, in May 2020 I had to have emergency eye surgery In my left eye because the pressure in that eye was too high. Dr. Mosaed calmed my fears due to the pandemic and reassured me that by placing a tube shunt in my left eye, the device will help bring the eye pressure down from 24 where it was to a much lower level, between 10 and 12. At my last check up (early October 2020) it was 12! I expect the pressure to drop to 10 or below at my next visit. Dr. Mosaed is a highly qualified, knowledgeable eye surgeon who took the time to explain the procedure, the reasons for it, and showed a great deal of care and attention and reassured me throughout every step. I can highly recommend Dr. S. Mosaed.”
