“I saw Stacy Norman in Irvine for a full body dermatology examination. She was thorough and attentive yet not alarming and used a dermatoscope to check my body, which I have never had before. She gave me time and was really pleasant. I felt really comfortable and confident that I was in capable hands. I will be referring my friends to this office as it is really a pleasure from a convenience point of view as well as parking. The medical assistant, Gabriel was so nice. She listens and she's willing to work with you on whatever is bothering you, whatever you're worrying about. And if something is not a big deal, or is a waste of your time/money, she'll say so. She also knows who the best specialists are and you can be confident about her referrals. Yes, you pay an annual concierge fee to be her patient, but I think it's worth it.”

“I was greeted upon arrival, the nurse did the initial tests promptly and without any delay. Dr. Chen was extremely nice - a doctor you come across once every blue moon, he was very welcoming, charming, kind and had great attitude. He did a thorough test of my eyes and inquired about my health and medications. He explained to me his observations and recommended solutions. The sales lady showed me options of glasses I could buy but didn't push me to a specific one. Overall , very nice experience. Highly recommend this place.”

It was really fast and fairly painless. The paperwork they sent me back was correct and accurate. I also was given the travel form I needed. Other than waiting a few minutes at first, it was really good service.”
