I love this yoga studio in Laguna Beach. Very kind, flexible, open-minded, and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Clean surroundings and equipment. Always happy and satisfied to join the classes there. ♥
Of all the yoga studios I've taken classes at, Yoga Sapien is my absolute favorite. There is something unique about the gentle, positive vibe of this place, from the calm beauty of the space itself (I especially love the moss barn door) to the deep kindness and expertise of the teachers. I've taken classes with Liz, David and Greg, and every one of them is a wonderful teacher. When I'm not in town and unable to take a class and have to resort to an at-home yoga session, it's Liz and Yoga Sapien that I channel in my head as I go through the poses. Thank you for creating this beautiful place!

Favorite Yoga studio in Laguna Beach! I have been going here since it opened with a blessing from Yogi Denesh. David and Liz lovingly continue his teachings in their beautiful sanctuary filled with musical instruments, candles and a living barn door. So thankful for Yoga Sapien 🙏🏼
