(September 7, 2018, 11:54 am)Of all the yoga studios I've taken classes at, Yoga Sapien is my absolute favorite. There is something unique about the gentle, positive vibe of this place, from the calm beauty of the space itself (I especially love the moss barn door) to the deep kindness and expertise of the teachers. I've taken classes with Liz, David and Greg, and every one of them is a wonderful teacher. When I'm not in town and unable to take a class and have to resort to an at-home yoga session, it's Liz and Yoga Sapien that I channel in my head as I go through the poses. Thank you for creating this beautiful place!

David and Liz lovingly continue his teachings in their beautiful sanctuary filled with musical instruments, candles and a living barn door. So thankful for Yoga Sapien ????????

I feel so good immediately when I walk in, and when I walk through the wooden doors surrounded by moss and begin a class taught by very highly qualified and caring teachers, not only does it align my body, but I feel aligned in my heart when I leave. I have walked out of every Yoga Sapien class feeling blissful. I highly recommend this yoga studio!

(June 10, 2018, 4:22 pm)I highly recommend this studio, the classes and the workshops. I live nearby and it's so nice to have this gem of studio within walking distance. The energy in the studio is amazing, and everyone from the owners to the teachers to the people who work at the front desk are so friendly. I've tried a variety of classes and teachers and have enjoyed all of them. The Yamuna Body Rolling class is something that isn't offered everywhere and is extremely effective. My boyfriend who is NOT a yogi even comes to this class. I've also attended several of the workshops and plan to continue to add those into my regular class schedule.
