(November 23, 2021, 4:05 pm)My experiences at UCI Health Urology department in Newport Beach have been great. The staff is friendly, my appointments have always been on time and the facility is new and pleasant. My only constructive feedback is that it is sometimes difficult to reach the staff between appointments. The MyChart app is used but messages sent to the office staff via MyChart do not get answered without a follow up phone call. But this is a minor annoyance. They do return phone calls promptly.
