“I had surgery done at this center back in January 2022 and it was a very pleasant experience. I was extremely anxious and nervous and terrified before my procedure but everyone I encountered was extremely supportive and caring! The checking process was easy. The team who helped prepped me for my procedure were just all amazing! The nurses and staff answered every question I had and assured me I will be well taken care of, and that really happened! As I was waiting to get into the OR, the nurses would check on me regularly, making sure I was comfortable and assisting me to the restroom as needed. As I was being wheeled into the OR, I was spoken to assuringly and everything just went smoothly. The center looked amazing, clean and sterile. I could not ask for a more pleasant surgery experience.”

“I feel so blessed to have had a chance to go to HRC for my fertility issues. Infertility is such a stressful, scary, heartbreaking struggle I never expected to have. Dr. Potter and his staff were amazing with helping every step of the way. My coordinator Amanda was great with communicating with me and easy to get a hold of whenever any issues or questions arose. The front desk staff was always sweet and welcoming with every appointment (which were many) which helped calm my nerves. Every one of the girls that drew my blood did such a great job and I was always happy to see them. The Ultrasound techs that did my many ultrasounds were so nice and knowledgeable which is always comforting. The staff was also very accommodating with my work schedule as well which helped a lot with the numerous appointments. Long story short, I highly recommend them and I’m very pleased with my care given to me by the staff at HRC. It’s a scary intimidating process, but they made it go as smooth as possible.”

“My experiences at UCI Health Urology department in Newport Beach have been great. The staff is friendly, my appointments have always been on time and the facility is new and pleasant. My only constructive feedback is that it is sometimes difficult to reach the staff between appointments. The MyChart app is used but messages sent to the office staff via MyChart do not get answered without a follow up phone call. But this is a minor annoyance. They do return phone calls promptly.”
