“Thanks Dr. Liu and Claire for standing by me through the storms and for the many lessons. Classical still plays in the office and Claire's trays are lovely in red/blue. This time Dr. Liu was whistling to the music---while practicing dentistry he does not need to think about that which is innate. Polishing was nice and I came out shinier than I went in (teeth). Post Dr. Glass (retired) in Newport Beach and in our search for a Dentist, we learned of an office named Unique Dental. Naturally I thought ok "What is so unique?" This office is located at the southeast the corner of an L shaped shopping plaza on W. Central Avenue and Puente Street. One of the first messages seen on door is "Watch your step!" which makes one ponder, why? Dr. Liu whistles and often we laugh while discussing physics disguised as everyday stuff. This office is unassuming at first. However notice custom carpet, the beautiful water decanter with purple cups, and a secret sign left of doorway relating to USC graduate Dr. Liu. Look up and discover many degrees tactfully displayed on cheerful yellow walls. Stress quickly dissipated with an earful of music appointment. Claire was our first contact and her dedication is evident---trays were planned to the specific needs of the patient and she had a pink cup for me. Grateful for Dr. Liu tending to my dental needs with skill/concern. He demonstrated proper practices (several times) and outperformed other dentists who pulled teeth joyfully. USC obviously is an amazing school. I witness still the unrelenting dedication, attention and perseverance evident in graduates like Dr. Liu/Claire who are without question 5 Star level practitioners. COVID19 measures in observance (IP). Unique indeed.”

“I received the most wonderful customer service from Luz today. I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. I’m beyond appreciative of her attentiveness, and it is service like this that will make me a repeat customer. She is wonderful!”
