“I got to meet the owner/ operator of ANR Carpet Care Santa Ana last week to have some carpeted rooms and stairs cleaned in our home. He arrived promptly at 8:00, quickly measured the rooms we wanted cleaned (measured around the furniture), calculated the price based on "cleanable" space and got it done. We had some stains at the top of the stairs which didn't come out the last time we had the carpets cleaned, but he got them out without an issue or even mentioning them. He also left us written instructions and foot-booties to help us navigate the drying carpet. It was nice to work with someone who takes care of the details without being asked. I shall be referring him to my friends and have him back in 6 months for our next service.”

“Called them about 30 minutes ago and asked if there were able to get a tie cleaned for me by Sunday morning as it was for a small wedding service for my fiancé and I. They said unfortunately due to the COVID-19 crisis, most cleaners were not running their washer on the weekends (this was the third place I called that said that) including them. Perfectly understandable, but I asked if there was a way I could clean it myself. The lady I spoke with asked the material and color and then told me how to clean it at home to get the best results. I just finished it and it looks beautiful! Though I haven’t actually used their services yet, their customer service is impeccable and when I do need my clothes dry-cleaned, I WILL be bringing them here. “Great staff! We stayed a week here and it was very relaxed and welcoming. There didn't seem to have a problem with crime there though some of the guests look a little rough they were all very nice. They allow pets which for us is very important and there is a wild parade of poodles, pit bulls and chihuahuas. It's not the Hilton but that's not what we are looking for. It's close to the malls and shopping in Roseville is plentiful.”
