“I came to New Life with chronic back pain and sciatica symptoms and I am so happy/relieved I did. I had gone through 2 rounds of PT within the last 3 years or so and New Life was definitely the best experience of them all. The entire New Life team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I felt comfortable and supported during each session and it was a great experience getting to know the staff. I always left feeling great and I noticed a significant improvement in my sciatica symptoms. “Thank goodness for Movement Specialists! My friend recommended that I visit these guys because his daughter had benefited greatly. Before visiting them I was convinced that I needed surgery. However, after sitting down with the PT's and coming up with a structured game plan, I can already tell that my shoulder is on the road to recovery. “Best Gym I have EVER been too! And I've been to and worked at a LOT. Couldn't ask for better owners they do such an amazing job with setting the tone of the gym and taking care of the community. “I went here for rehab after having both knees replaced about 6 months apart. They are easy to work with and set up my twice a week schedule so I had the same time and same therapist. The facility is fully equipped and kept very clean. All employees wear masks and all equipment is sanitized after being touched. General routine was first a massage of affected area, exercise and closing with a 15 minute cold pack. Both times I had Matt as a therapist. He is attentive, knowledgeable and effective. Upon completion, he set up an exercise program that I used to continue at my local gym.”

“Dr. Lin was THE chosen one for me to get better. By Sept 2022, I had been dealing with lower back (herniated disc) and sciatica issues for almost 9 months before I was referred to him. I had gone to Chiro, Acupuncture, PT and other doctors but was only seeing minimal progress. Within a few sessions of seeing Dr. Lin and staff, I was standing upright and walking better again. They take the time to really understand what is going with you and cater the program to fit your individual needs and timeline. The progress has been amazing and as of this review (Feb 2023), I have started to play golf again after taking a year break. I highly recommend Dr. Lin and the entire Rehab and Revive team. They made a huge difference in getting me back on the path of feeling good and living a normal pain free life.”

“If you are looking for physical therapy with a high quality of care from a team of professional, welcoming, personable, and highly motivated individuals, CBPT is the place to go. I read some negative reviews for other locations since this location is still fairly new, but frankly I did not have any of those issues mentioned. Everything about this place has been positive in my experience.The facility is also quite new and everything is clean and hygienic. Read further for the long review.. I was referred by my Dr. to CBPT to treat my shoulder pain. Prior to this I have never gone to a PT for treatment. My review is based on my experience so far after coming for over 12 sessions. Firstly, I must say that I have never received such excellent care in any medical related appointments before coming here. From the first day (and on every single visit), the friendly receptionists always welcomed me by name before I even stepped foot past the front door. Not a lot of places do that unless you are some sort of VIP member or flying in first class. Making appointments in person or by phone was a breeze as well, and billing was never an issue for me. I cannot speak highly enough about the PTs. Nene has been my primary PT since day one, and in many ways she has been phenomenal in doing her best to treat my shoulder pain, all the while showing genuine care for my recovery progress and my overall well being. During my initial evaluation, she was very thorough in examining my condition, explaining the process and steps to full recovery, and answering all my questions patiently. I did not feel rushed unlike most of my experiences I've had with doctors and nurses. She was professional and knew exactly what she was doing. During each therapy session, she always made sure to clean everything before starting. Again, without rushing she would always check my current condition, keeping me accountable in doing my daily exercises, then adjust and explain the hands-on therapy she's applying to help me gradually get better. Every visit thus far has been slightly different so I felt it was truly a customized experience. Any time I tell her about certain pain felt from a specific movement, she would adjust my exercise program accordingly so that it's very targeted and effective. There were 3 weeks I had to skip PT because of travelling, so she especially prepared me during therapy and adjusted my exercise program right before I left so that I would continue to improve on my own. In addition, she is down to earth and pleasant to work with so it never felt like a drag to go to my appointments, and I might add I even look forward to them. I also had a couple sessions with Jeff and Vanessa, both of whom were just as wonderful to work with. All the PTs can be quite busy at times attending to all the patients, but that does not falter them from giving their best care for the patients. It is apparent that they work as a team, because even during the time I saw a different PT than my primary one, I did not experience any discontinuity in my therapy and my shoulder improvement. The quality of care I received from all the PTs is truly exceptional. Last but not least, I have to give a shout-out to the aides who guided me through all the exercises in every session. In particular, Malcom and Courtney have been a pleasure to work with. Despite being so busy at times, you can tell they really try their best to attend to my needs and give proper guidance to ensure that I do the exercises correctly. They are also super friendly and motivating, which actually made the exercise experience more fun. My shoulder is about 85% better now and I can put on a jacket or lift heavy objects without pain! If you're looking for physical therapy and you want to receive high quality care from genuine professionals who don't treat you like another "case" on file, look no further.”

“I’ve been to several places in Irvine for massages and I have never experienced a massage like the one Wendy gave me. I’m a professional bodybuilder so deep tissue is a must for me. She asked me what my problem areas were and once I told her she knew right away what to do, how much pressure and where to apply it. I also have a sciatica issue on my right leg, she showed extra attention to that and made my night much better. Coco is the best, she has amazing customer service and always makes you feel welcomed even when you schedule last minute appointments. I will be going weekly from now on.
