Long story short, my nails looked terrible, that evening the gel coat that didnt cure was coming off in chunks and I was tears, as I would have to squeeze in time the next day, the day before my wedding, to have them completely re-done. I took photos and emailed the corporate office and Kimberly was so thoughtful and helpful and apologetic and has refunded me as well. She was kind and patient as I was telling her about the horrible experience and I'm grateful she gave me such excellent customer service. “AMAZING!! I just had the absolute best Nail salon experience at LuXe Organic Nails and Spa in RSM with Kim. I showed her a picture of an ombre, pink to white with my ring fingers a silver sparkle and my index fingers accented with a heart and diamond studs. I honestly thought Kim or any manicurist wouldn't be able to do it but it actually turned out better than the picture via a SNS natural dip. All designs were done free hand. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes. AMAZING!! And as a bonus, Kim is so sweet and fun to talk to. She didn't rush and all details were so precise. Luxe is the best salon i have gone to by far! Thank you!”

Of course, you need to tell them if any area needs special focus (for example, my legs on days when I drive four or five hours in southern California traffic). They are also good at finding the muscle knots. The rooms are clean and have good hooks for clothing and some nice decorations. This is not some fancy spa, but does not have the fancy spa prices.”
