If you're in a rush I suggest calling in the order to expedite the process. I decided to come in to get a "feel" for the place. First thing I notice is how WELCOMING the staff is. There's a home-y type feel to it, like, just walked in to my grandma's house and they just made food. Second, the cleanliness and organization is tops. It didn't seem to have a stale feel, where there is dust on the chips stand. Third, and probably most importantly, quality of meats and ingredients are superb. I, myself, ordered the roasted turkey breast sandwich ($9.99) with avocado ($1.50). For myself, the bread was a tad dry but everyone has their preference. Maybe I can just remedy that with extra Mayo. 😂. On the downside though is the parking. It's in a strip mall, shared with other restaurants and businesses. As with most parking in this area, as i mentioned before, the rush hour time (lunch or dinner) might have you circling the parking lot a couple times while a spot opens up. All in all, a great place and highly recommended. It's a family friendly joint, with great service and awesome sandwiches!”

We go every Sunday to eat this delicious food. It is the best buffet they have with different kinds of dishes. It is a family restaurant, and children are welcome. “Very nice complex to live in , i love the design and enjoy it ! Seems like you live in a tropical forest, from the moment you walk out of your door till you get to the gate you are walking on an alley between trees and green bushes also on and on both side of the walking pathways within the apartment there's water streams and multiple small lakes. Everytime I needed help the leasing office helped and assisted me, very friendly and professional. There are 2 club houses with 2 big pools, and 3 other small pools. I would say there's a pool for every personality. The Hot tubs are always clean and working One Star is missing for the following reasons : Half Star for : Security and safety , in my personal experience I have a bicycle that was $600 and got stolen from the back porch of my apartment ( I'm on the first level ). But the porch is behind the apartment. Although the location is on MacArthur and bear, a lot of tweakers stumble around that area and I suspect that's how my bicycle got stolen. Quarter star for: laundry room : the washing machines are not very efficient, I never felt like my clothes really get washed and become 100% clean , so I have to take them somewhere else to wash sometimes Quarter star for : Parking. It gets hard to find Parking at night in the visitor parking because a lot of the residents decide to park there for some reason.”

“Will explain the 4 stars, but first I really like this laundry mat, and even drove 30 minutes to use it. Its always clean, never full of people, especially Mom's and all their kids, at least not when I have been there. This time though I did need the restroom and it has a code pad on the door so had to cross the street and use jack in the box. SO NOW WHY JUST THE 4 STARS: I'm used to paying $2.50 for top loaders and the time for wash is between 27 minutes to 32 minutes depending where and the water fills pretty fast. So this place however normal wash said 22 minutes, water just took forever, by the time was filled had 17 minutes wash. That's kinda a bummer, I would like if they could turn the water up so as it can fill faster. @ $.3.00 a load. Now absolutely love the dryers. Clothes come out great and not fried. Definitely will come back.”
