We specialize in Women's Fitness! Our group fitness training method incorporates classic weight lifting, which is typically seen in private training, and HIIT.

We are a fully stacked gym; our group sessions use the entire gym floor & equipment.

We are currently serving: Fitness Classes in Rocklin, Fitness Classes in Roseville, Fitness Classes in Granite Bay, Fitness Classes in Loomis, Fitness Classes in Lincoln, Fitness Classes in Citrus Heights, Fitness Classes in Antelope, and Fitness Classes in Folsom, CA.

In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday!
