This place is amazing. Body heat continues to impress me. They have the best instructors. Their schedule is stacked with fitness classes. And it is stacked with yoga classes. Both in the morning and evening. It is worth the money. You have lots of options. And everyone is so nice

BodyHeat is by far the best physical fitness value in the Lincoln/Rocklin area. Professional trainers and courteous staff make this a very desirable community. There are ample showers and facilities to accommodate those willing to work out in 100° and 40% humidity environment. There are yoga, spin, Pilates, weights, barre, and cardio classes available all day long. Also, this facility never insisted on ridiculous masking or closing during the pandemic. They recognized that physical fitness was the best protection possible and I thank them for it.

I love Body Heat. I have been a member for some years now. I was attracted to the studio because all the classes are in a heated room. And, they offer more than yoga. There is a good variety of yoga options. They also offer assorted Pilate, weight training, and cycle classes.
The studio is clean and attractive. The instructors are friendly and positive. The place adds joy to my day. Highly recommend.

My mom and I have been going to body heat for 8 years and we absolutely love it! The environment is so fun and supportive. All the instructors are so kind and encouraging and always lead the best workouts. There are so many different classes to choose from and one for everybody! I have tried several different yoga studios before and body heat has always been the best!

I am SO glad a friend talked me into trying this place out almost 2 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about this place. There are such a wide variety of classes that there is literally something for everyone. And it’s so nice to switch it up from day to day. Also, the instructors (and members/staff) are amazing and friendly. You will definitely get a killer workout too! If you are on the fence, you NEED to try it. You won’t regret it!
