HEW Fitness

Not your normal gym. I felt like family from day one. Great coaches who are knowledgeable, encourage, support and help you at your level. Classes are challenging but give you a good workout. I would recommend HEW to anyone wanting to try a new gym. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve worked out at HEW Rocklin for over 6 months now. Not only are the workouts well rounded and challenging, the coaches here support you and encourage you to give it your all. I started working out after 4 years of no movement and I found this gym to be inclusive of all body types and abilities. I highly recommend HEW.

I just realized that I've been a HEW member for over a year now and want to share what an amazing gym it is. I've been able to build my strength and agility with the support of awesome coaches. I used to experience frequent issues with my lower back and am so happy to report no back pain or injuries since starting my HEW workouts! I feel so confident now whenever I go out running, biking, hiking, wakeboarding, etc. I've also learned so many new things - especially with weight lifting. The coaches always keep you safe and are happy to teach new skills. They provide tons of personal attention.
Most importantly, I discovered a great community of people who encourage each other, no matter what their fitness levels are. It is such a positive environment that even when I know the workout is going to be challenging, I look forward to spending time with my fellow HEW-fitters and coaches. The classes are always fun!

When my gym closed in the spring, I went over to HEW Rocklin to check them out. I was offered a free trial with no strings, no pressure. Coach Nick welcomed me in and encouraged me from day 1. When I was done with my trial, I checked out some other gyms in the area but hands down, HEW was the best! I officially joined in June and have been completing 3-4 workouts a week. I have lost weight, gained strength and balance, and built stamina. All while receiving great coaching and encouragement and developing friendships with my fellow HEWmans. I highly recommend this gym! But be prepared to WORK HARD!
