  Vertical Fitness is the most inclusive, positive, and uplifting pole studio I have ever been to! It is a place to have a good time while learning a new skill and getting a killer work out! I love this place!

  My favorite fitness spot with the most amazing group of people. Very clean/professional studio & every instructor is super knowledgeable and sweet. Great place to work out and also gain your confidence. Pricing for newcomers and memberships are both a great value.

  I've been going here since October 2021 and since then I've lost 17 lbs and am stronger than ever. This studio has a well rounded group of instructors and just as well rounded of a curriculum/selection of classes. When you join VFS you don't just join a pole studio, you join a family. I go here 5 days a week, sometimes 6 and I can't get enough of it! The owners are the sweetest people ever and every member is a gem. Give it a try, you won't regret it!!!

  Vertical Fitness is my favorite place on the planet. All of the instructors are so helpful and encouraging. I started classes there with the Groupon deal, and over a year later I still haven't stopped! Pole dance is addicting since you gain strength so quickly and can nail new moves every week! Aside from gaining strength, I've also gained self confidence, self love, and so many friends
