Prior to that, I was taking classes at my gym including GST, Cycle, Kickboxing and Yoga but that didn't seem to be coming back any time soon and a personal trainer felt like a good solution. Over the past several months, Casey has consistently pushed me to develop my strength in workouts that are always interesting and varied. As a trainer should, he challenges me and yet, I don't hate him. Working with Casey as my personal trainer is a valuable service for me that is totally worth it.
