“Staying here depends on what you're looking for. We just wanted a reasonably priced hotel in Kings Beach for 2 nights. We found it! It was VERY clean. Rooms are tiny and didn't even have a chair but we brought beach chairs and even sat outside the room and enjoyed the view. No one was onsite but we managed to get more coffee from the housekeeper in the morning. If you stay more than one night, why do they only give enough coffee for one? (One of my pet peeves in most hotels)? Curtains didn't keep out all of the light at night so if you're a sensitive sleeper, bring a sleep mask.”

At our initial meeting Danielle spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions and showing us fabric samples. We were able to narrow down from the thousands of choices something that we really loved and will be durable and easy to care for. Once she ordered the fabric and had it available, the work was done in less than a week. They were great to work with and we are very happy with the results.”

Probably the most affordable restaurant in Kings Beach. No indoor seating, however, they have a newly renovated outdoor patio experience. Directly across the street from Lake tahoe. Fast and efficient service. Very nice family run business. I highly recommend this restaurant for the person that is looking for great food at affordable prices next to Lake Tahoe! Cheers!👍”

“I absolutely love this school. In my opinion, it is the best school in the area, my child is learning so much and it has been life changing for us! It is small and in a country setting, there is lots of land to run, climb and get dirty, and has lots of natural play, climbing areas with a plethora of materials ("jobs") to explore. The teachers are exceptionally qualified, and in tune with each individual child and their developmental needs. They are a true Montessori school. Every time I pick up my son he has learned so many new things. He is talking more, is happy, asks to come back, and is becoming a more independent, self sufficient, confident, well rounded child. Before attending this school we attended two other preschools (one was a co-op, and the other was a day care/ preschool). Neither of those programs were remotely as high of caliber as The Children's House. This school has really become a blessing for us as it provides an incredible amount of enrichment and exploration with individual attention and higher standards for our child. My only regret is not starting with children's house sooner!”

Drove home (7 minute) and my food was still hot!! Everything was fresh and hot and very good. So good I went out my way to write this review. Great job to the crew and shift manager.”
