The encounter was slightly a bit rough but got better. They don't tell you everything upfront and there are surprise charges. You ha e to tell them what you want and get a price agreement. Be very clear about what you are going to pay for because Ramon will play with words and say something different after you pay. Don't pay until all details of what you are paying for are discuss. You will find you paying for what you thought was to be done and the play with words can land you pays for someone completing a form with a couple words and check boxes for thousands of dollars and no representation by the attorney. I found myself completing several forms myself saving me over $4000 in cost had they completed the forms for me. I had to attend a hearing on my own because my fee only included one court appearance, so I had to choose which court appearance the attorney would attend. My suggestion is to be very clear about what they will do. Also know the lingo. Per pro or pro per means you have no attorney representation and you will be by yourself. You have to be clear and state I want attorney representation and forms completed alo g with anything else you could think of because they want tell or suggest to you everything. If it is not included in first cost quote they will charge you an additional fee for anything else. Be careful. Overall, everything went well and the attorney that show up for trial Niral Patel from Orange county did a terrific job.! He was very polite and knowledgeable.
