  I have loved my gym for a year now. The owner and coaches have challenged my fitness, and I’ve made great gains. I highly recommend Crown Town to anyone looking for a gym to make growth in their fitness levels. Thank you Wayne for always being fun and holding our gym to high standards.

  The best gym ever! We love the friendly and supportive community and the coaches are so helpful. The gym is always clean and Wayne keeps us up-to-date with new equipment and weights. I’ve been coming to CrownTown for over five years now and love it more each and every day. You’ll definitely make gains and have overall better health. Promise!

  I have been a part of the CrownTown family for almost 3 years now and it has been life changing. The owner Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I have lost 10 pounds just recently and have improved my muscle tone. I’m now in my 40s and am in the best shape of my life. The people here are kind and helpful and consistently motivate others to succeed. I would highly recommend everyone join this phenomenal training facility. Embrace the lifestyle and you will live a long happy life!

  I cannot say enough good things about this gym, the people, the owner, the cleanliness. I have been doing CrossFit for a very short time and have loved every class it designed or every single type of person. No matter your physical condition. I love coming and being challenged every time. The coaches are very personable and how a ton of knowledge to help me obtain my personal goals. The owner…… well come find out. By far the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to about nutrition, lifting weights, form etc. I absolutely love this place.

  Crowntown is the best CrossFit gym in the IE! The coaches are top notch, they provide so much education on nutrition, and over all health. They put a lot of effort into the programming and the cleanliness of the gym. Shout out to Coach Cindy who’s put up with me for the last 6 years! :)
