“The quality of the hair is beyond anything I've gotten before, it's so silky, so shiny and healthy looking. The stuff is very helpful and will do the best they can to assist you with color and hair texture matching. The only thing is they don't have much selection on this store and they don't have pre-highlighted hair , so if you have height lights you will have to color them your self (or your stylist). The have many more hair colors and texture to choose from online and at their LA location.”

“I was just there about an hour ago or so to get a charger for my phone (I left mine at home) and I purchased one and got to work and it didn't wok... So I went back to exchange it and Juan (the METRO Rep) went to test them himself to see if it was defective... Turns out it was defective and he went to try get a replace charger (same brand and make) and that also was defective... So he offered a better brand charger and went to test it before selling it to me and gave me my full refund for the first charger and I purchased the other charger and gave me a discount on top of that.... NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE!!! Definitely a must stop by to get a phone, phone insurance, a case, and/or a charger.... GREAT JOB JUAN!!!!”

“Awesome place to visit. The host went above and beyond to make our group of eight feel like we matter. We didn't all fit in the table we were seated but they found another small addition that had us sit comfortably together. Great job!!! Our waitress was outstanding. She knew the menu and how to answer all questions. Our drinks were refilled without having to ask. She didn't push any appetizers, desserts, or side dishes. I love when we're treated as customers and not another group to fleece. Thank you for a wonderful dinners and great atmosphere.”

“The service was great. Loved the room as it was pretty nice and neat. There were standard amenities and had a nice bed. It allowed for early check in albeit for a fee. The TV is really off center which was a slight annoyance, but other than that, I'd say the motel was petty nice.”
