If I was on the board of directors for Starter Bros. Markets I would institute a 'No mask, NO service' policy. I understand that you will lose a few customers. “I'm giving the store 4 stars for cleanliness and having plenty of important items in stock. As far as the cooked food they offer I can only give them 1 star! I was there today and the cooked items I purchased claim to have been cooked 20 minutes before purchase! Everything was horrible. The chicken was like eating shoe leather it was overcooked and the vegetables had no flavor. No returns at this time is fair but it was my money out the window!”

“My daughter needed malaria medication for 4 months. Our insurance company wouldn’t give more than 2 months. The remaining 2 months cost almost $500! The pharmacists gave us ideas to get around the insurance company, including getting a 2nd prescription of a different medication which would do the same thing. they also called the insurance company countless times to get it covered. And they were always so nice and concerned. We felt so bad asking them to call over and over, and they never showed any frustration - only a true desire to help. And even gave us a website with coupons to get us a much lower price in case the insurance company wouldn’t cover it. I have always loved this pharmacy and the pharmacists working there and like it even more after this incident.”

I appreciate how she actually took notes during our first visit together - I've never had a doctor do that before and it showed me that she cares about each individual patient.
