“I will say that this location is clean. Its very quiet though. It can use some music at least. The vibe is dead. I mean, just because it's the DPSS don't mean you can have some low music. I know it's about people being able to hear the voice or number over the speaker, but low music won't hurt. Some of the case workers and customer care women I've met are super friendly and helpful. Others I've met were unfriendly. Customer satisfaction is key to successfully feedback. Be happy to be at work everyday, or you're in the wrong profession. I have had very little issues there. Most of the time though, they do resolve my issues.”
