“My little fur baby got some flu infection and collapsing trachea. I’ve called a lot of veterinary clinics and this clinic only understood my emergency situation and gave me appointment right away. The place itself is nice, clean and cozy. Dr. Brown is very intelligent and knowledgeable, treats you with respect and answers all your questions with no rush. You also can feel that she cares about your little one. This is very important to me. No overcharges, just right medications were prescribed. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic like one of the best of my experience. Amazing people work there.”

“I was highly impressed with the courteous service that (Peter) provided. It was late at night at Our place of buisness in Hemet Ca. We had a very bad Slab leak in our kitchen . They new exactly what to do and broke through the cement after cutting the tile carefully. The pipe was cut out and replaced quickly and we had the water restored. Also He explained to us that since it was a huge hot water leak. That was the reason for our water heater troubles.... After everything was said and done ....everything was working!!! “My wife entered Encompass on June 29 / 2022 for a 2wk stay. She broke her hip and had surg a few days prior. Although a rehab facility in my opinion is a must, due to 2 past experiences I was somewhat apprehensive. When she arrived I had to chk in with the guard for the usual COVID stuff. He saw that I was obviously concerned having never been in the center before. He said, "you may not believe this but when peoples' 2wk stay is over they don't want to leave". I laughed and said "well, the jury is out on that one". I had elected to stay with my wife for the full 2wks sleeping in a recliner. I didn't trust anyone even though they had very good reviews. During the next 2wks I saw positive care to the likes that I could not believe. When my wife would push the button for help either the RN or CNA on duty would be in her room within a minute and a half and give her such concerned care the I was pleasantly amazed. When they would come by for their routine bp chk or pill giving they ALWAYS took extra time to chk her over, making sure she wasn't wet or uncomfortable in any way.The attention, response time and care that she got was off the charts. The only reason that I didn't rate Encompass a 10 was because the starts only went to 5.”
