The set-up is diverse enough to train all areas of previously undiscovered muscles but basic enough that after a few visits I felt comfortable enough to go hard. There are many Gym's and many programs. I've tried a handful of them. What sets this one apart is simply the vibe that the owner brings. Give this Gym a try. First session is free. Meet with John. This guy knows how to run a Gym. They also have a Roseville location.
