(February 6, 2021, 1:15 pm)Chuy's Tacos! The absolute best taco truck anywhere. It's parked at the east side of the river on hwy 160 at the yellow bridge. The Carnitas tacos are usually what I order. They are very delicious! Served on a double corn tortilla filled with plenty of fresh juicy pork meat, cilantro, onions and salsa. Plenty of gravel parking space. Stop here everytime traveling on the River Rd. Yum.
