(October 22, 2020, 2:13 pm)I have been a customer for almost 8 years on their every other month service plan. They are always on time, courteous, and thorough. Every time I’ve requested an off month visit or a repeat visit they have scheduled those timely and with the plan they are free of charge.
Steve is my current technician and I appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor. And also that instead of doing just bare minimum he always takes the time to check in and recommend additional useful areas that he can treat.

Matthew, from Bell Pest Control, has serviced our home for several months now and has personified the great qualities of their company: professional, responsive, detail oriented, and very thorough. He has always asked us at the beginning of each visit if there was anything new that we had observed that needed his attention. Wonderful company with great employees!

(September 2, 2020, 4:29 pm)Help!!! I saw a roach! It was in my garage. What if they break in! Oh no Ceonita we are on our way! The roaches run rampant in the summer and I find them disgusting. I should not have roaches..I'm too clean... "They are field roaches" a calming voice chimes back. I am immediately eased as I know the very next morning Darrell will come and save my sanctuary. DING DONG Darrell is at my door cheerful and ready to handle business. He explains to me that it will all be okay and notices a spider web on my porch. Swish..it's gone. Snail trail accross the porch. BOOM havn't seen one since Bell runs their regular service. They are affordable, efficient friendly and kind. I have had Bell for YEARS. My first tech Kelly was amazing too ! I think they only hire the best people.
