This review is more about the server than the food. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but if they brought back the cinnamon roll pancakes it would be excellent.😁

Please ask for Demetrius when you go in if you want excellent service, and a friendly and funny server. My sister and I go in there and he always has us in stitches. He is just very personable. Good job IHOP on hiring Demetris. It is refreshing to see a young person take pride in their job. Kudos to you Demetrius!

Omar and Matthew were so kind and helpful in explaining what they were doing and really helped me to understand the situation I am dealing with right now... mice, EEK! They were on time, friendly, super patient when listening to me ramble on about how scared I am Lol. Very knowledgeable gentleman as well. Prices are great, very reasonable. They did a thorough job. I really appreciate these two, a lot!! I would highly recommend Official Pest Prevention!!

Extremely polite and very thorough when spraying. We were infested and after just the first spray almost all roaches were gone after 1 month we spotted one a day so did a second round! The guy we have does such a great job I feel like we should give him a tip because I’ve tried other companies that don’t compare to this one! Will keep my account with them for sure! I highly recommend for low cost effective pest control!
